I don't know really here...

Well I've been noticing on my health.  I'll admit, I'm not in the best of health.  I do take thyroid meds and meds for my autisum... Or I bet not mentally in the most part.  But lately I've been noticing some changes in what occurs in my bowls. Yes, I'm going there.

looks like my intentions slacked off and threw out some half finished business on my crap, resulting it being green, and slightly less then normal.
ive been eating like normal.  But I'm now concerned for my overall health here.  Because it feels like I need to go... More than most times,  but Im at some point that I may need to see a doctor.  Because this isn't my normal.  I know me.
